I only use PayPal because it is still the only way to meaningfully cash out small amounts in SecondLife (and I certainly don't make large amounts there). Otherwise, Stripe really sounds quite interesting, especially for smaller projects where you need payment - and don't want to submit to PayPal's arbitrariness.
