Hostage Negotiator is brutal. I had everything set up for my last round on the pivotal event, the hostage taker was already out and the 2nd in command had taken over. I only needed 4 ressources to concede the major demand for the release of two hostages and then my minor extraction to go through. Deckmasters is a fun deck building variant for Magic the Gathering, which gives me all the feel of a cube but with even less hassle (no preparing, it kinda plays like Star Realms in that regard). Essentially you have a 5 card hand and buy cards by discarding from.your hand as a sorcery. I added a fun addition where you have a Theros God, his artifact and his emissary in your control zone. Here I try it against the horde deck from the Theros

This is what it looks like when Gandalf and Elrond roflstomp Amon Din in Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. That pile in the left is my Hand at the end of the game, when I quested for 17 against 7 (after the reveal) with no enemies out anymore, as those where killed in the round before. My draw deck was empty by that time, so that hand essentially is my draw deck. Can be hilarious with this Deck, despite only two heroes. But can be a sad affair,
